Jack is a Commercial Property Consultant at Maggs & Allen, working with landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers across a wide range of commercial property transactions. His role includes negotiating lease and sale agreements, conducting property viewings and preparing detailed heads of terms to help ensure transactions progress efficiently and successfully.
Having worked in the property industry for five years, Jack began his career in residential property before moving into the commercial sector. This experience has given him a well-rounded understanding of the market, with a particular focus on commercial sales and lettings.
Born and raised in Bristol, Jack has lived in the city his entire life and has an excellent knowledge of the local commercial property market. He is currently working towards becoming an Associate Member of the RICS (AssocRICS) and an RICS Registered Valuer, continuing to develop his professional expertise.
Jack particularly enjoys the variety of his role, especially getting out to property viewings and meeting new people every day. He takes pride in building strong relationships with clients and helping them achieve the best possible outcome.
Outside of work, Jack enjoys playing football and spending quality time with family and friends at the weekends.
