Megan Wookey

Megan is a Property Manager at Maggs & Allen, responsible for the day-to-day management of residential properties on behalf of landlords. She oversees every aspect of the tenancy, from liaising with landlords and tenants to coordinating maintenance and repairs, arranging safety and compliance inspections, conducting property visits, managing rent collection and helping to resolve deposit disputes. Her organised and proactive approach ensures properties are well managed and tenancies run smoothly from start to finish.

Having worked in the property industry for around four years, Megan has built a strong understanding of residential lettings and property management. Having lived in Bristol her whole life, she has excellent local knowledge and enjoys supporting landlords and tenants across the city.

Megan enjoys the variety that property management offers, with no two days ever being the same. She finds it rewarding to build positive relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors, helping to resolve issues efficiently while ensuring properties remain compliant and well maintained. She particularly enjoys the organisational side of the role, balancing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines and keeping everything running smoothly.

Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, keeping active and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. She loves exploring new places, trying different restaurants and making the most of her weekends around Bristol.
