Toby is a Partner at Maggs & Allen, leading the Commercial Department. As a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer, he oversees the firm's commercial agency and professional services teams, providing strategic advice to clients across a wide range of commercial property matters.
With approximately 25 years of experience in the property industry, Toby has developed extensive expertise across all sectors of commercial property. His specialist knowledge covers industrial, retail, office and hospitality properties, as well as commercial and mixed-use investment opportunities, enabling him to provide clients with practical, informed advice tailored to their objectives.
As a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and RICS Registered Valuer, Toby values the variety that comes with working in a general property practice. He enjoys helping clients navigate different aspects of the market and believes that Maggs & Allen's broad range of services provides a well-rounded perspective that benefits every client.
Outside of work, Toby enjoys discovering great food, keeping fit and attempting to master the piano, although, by his own admission, he's still very much a work in progress.
