Zainab is a Lettings Negotiator at Maggs & Allen, responsible for marketing residential properties, conducting viewings, qualifying applicants and negotiating tenancy terms. She manages the lettings process from initial enquiry through to move-in, ensuring both landlords and tenants receive a professional, efficient and friendly service every step of the way. She also has a strong understanding of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements.
With two years' experience in the lettings industry, Zainab has developed a thorough knowledge of the rental market and enjoys building lasting relationships with clients. Having lived in Bristol all her life, she has excellent local knowledge and is well placed to help landlords and tenants navigate the city's diverse neighbourhoods.
Zainab loves the variety that comes with working in lettings. No two days are ever the same, and she enjoys meeting new people, working in a fast-paced environment and finding solutions to challenges to help ensure every tenancy runs as smoothly as possible.
Outside of work, Zainab enjoys discovering new restaurants and cafés, exploring new places and going on walks. She's also an animal lover, especially her cat! When she's not cooking or planning her next foodie trip, you'll often find her keeping up with Formula 1 and her interest in cars.
